Our Policy in Return and Refund
Finsuit offers every warranty provided for in law for all its products.
The purchases that you make from our site, take place outside the sales outlets, and are therefore subject to the xxxxxxxxxxx, that guarantees the purchaser the right of withdrawal. The end-user has the right, within 10 days, to return the purchased goods and to ask for a refund of the price of the purchased item.
The returned goods, must be perfectly stored in their original packaging, including any tags, etc. In cases where the goods are in bad conditions, and the tags are torn, no refund will be made. Delivery expenses for the returned items will be borne by the purchaser. Eventual tax on import or Custom duties, when applicable, are to customer account.
How to apply the right of withdrawal
First of all the following details are required:
- original invoice (indicate the order number and customer code)
- in case of a partial withdrawal - the code of the item/s
- bank reference number, for the refund (name of the Bank, ABI code, CAB code, bank account number, name of the owner of the bank account.

How to return the goods
After having expressed the wish to return the goods, carefully pack them, together with a copy of the invoice, and the data needed to give the refund.

How long does it take to reimburse the money for the returned goods?
If the refund procedure is carried out correctly, xxxxxx will refund the goods within 5 days of receiving the goods.
